I have an iPhone 5s and the headphone jack has stopped working. I have cleaned it out but still nothing. I looked online and people said take it into apple because I still have warranty on the device but will they give me a new phone or fix it one the spot? If they do give me a new phone, will I be able to pick a different colour? Thanks in advance.
