How to call up chunks of often-used text with just a few keystrokes?

I write out a lot of exercise programs for clients and end up writing the same things over and over. Name of exercise, how to do it properly and improperly, sets, reps, etc. How can I get Word or my email or other programs to simply call all that up once I've entered it before? I can just cut and paste of course, but even that takes a while, scrolling and all. Ideally I'd like to type "squat with dumbell shoulder press" and have the full text come up as an option, just like when my iPhone or mac suggests words as I type.
