I am 5'4, 18 years old, 143lbs female.
I eat 1200-1400 calories a day.mostly salads, tofu, rice, soup, cereal, pizza and a desert a day. Ice cream, hot chocolate etc. I track all my food on my calorie counter iphone app.
I work out every day burning 700-1000 through various elliptical, biking, rowing etc at the gym.
I have been doing this for 40 days now and have no lost ANYTHING!
2 years ago I did the same thing and was able to lose 20lbs but now I have gained it all back and havent been able to lose since.
any advice? its rly frustrating and i would love some help!
