I have an iPhone 4s from my plan, i got it weeks ago and recently i heard that iPhone 5 will be available for free on my plan, i already opened my iphone 4s but i havent use it yet.it's still in the box but the plastic of the box is already open.can i still give it back to the telecom company so they can change my 4s to 5? even if the thin plastic of the box is open?
