Now my plan expired tomorrow and they send me a message to add the airtime.it's necessary to add airtime and what happen if i don't? do i lose my number? Moreover i don't know how to reactivated again online since in the net10 website it require the phone serial number and i dont know where to find it. WHat do i need to do?
