An ebay buyer bought an iphone 3gs from me 1 month ago and he is barley telling me now that it doesnt work. He opened a case against me stating that the item wasnt as described. Hes had the item for a month and hes barley telling me now, is this a scam from the buyer? If so what do I do? Note: I put no refunds or exchange on my listing.
