So recently i've recieved this iphone 4s as a birthday gift with Verizon as the carrier.
Obviously, I downloaded music videos via itunes and they've downloaded into my phone. Though, when I press the video app, the video appears but it has this white glaze over it. If i press it, nothing happens. I've bought over 10 videos and it'd be a waste. When I sync my phone, it says "Title---Artist - cannot be played on this iphone." I've asked many apple "geniuses" but they keep just telling me that I need to update my phone. I have the lastest ios 6.1.1 and I don't use quicktime.
