Hi just out of curiosity how come these Chinese consumers are becoming so rich all of a sudden. They were responsible for 1/3 of the entire UK boxing day transactions and on average they spent as many as 1000 pounds per person. And the same trend holds true in the US..Chinese students and tourists' Black Friday budget was 2.5 times more than Americans this year and they were snapping up luxury goods, iPad etc like crazy. Policemen even had to taser and charge a Chinese fourty something lady to stop her from buying more than 3 iPhones.
