Some guy found an iPhone 4S 32GB and wanted to sell it for $200 on Craigslist.It's probably been reported stolen.
So I was wondering if I buy it would i be able to use it on AT&T or tmobile?
Can I sell it to someone else for higher if they want to unlock it?
