How to get an hourglass figure? - 1

I am always known as the fat girl. Someone told me that I look like an iphone shape. I want to get an hour glass figure and tighten my stomach and get rid of back love handles and have a nice butt too. I know diet plays another role. But I have problems working out. I don't know exactly what to do. I use the tread mill and elliptical but I don't see a change in my stomach. I don't know how to do proper training. I don't want just abs (or that much muscle) that don't look like I have that hour glass figure. What should I do in the gym to get that figure and have a toned body?
