Help Water is leaking from my left nostril when I bend down?

So yesterday I dropped my iPhone on the floor and I bend down to grab it. But this water like fluid started dripping down from my left nostril only. I thought it was snot so I cleaned up. But through that day it kept happening and I got a little scared when I did some research and people are saying it could be brain fluid leaking and stuff like that. It's been happening for 2 days and I'm scared. Also my left nostril hurts when the water leaks. My right nostril is absolutely fine. Please help thank you!

THE FIRST TIME WAS ON EBAY WHEN THIS DUDE RODERED A $70 SHIRT AND AN IPHONE 5 BUT WAS CANCELLED LUCKLY BC THE GUY ACTUALLY PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS IN AND THAT SELLER'S EMAIL CAME TO MY EMAIL SO I WAS ABLE TO CANCEL AND REMOVE MY CREDIT CARD INFO AND CHANGE MY PASSWORD.

AND NOW, SOMEONE GOT INTO MY AMERICAN EAGLE ONLINE ACCOUNT AND ORDERED A BUNCH OF JEANS BUT WAS CANCELLED SOMEHOW BUT THAT PERSON ORDERED THE ITEMS THAT I PLACED IN THE BAG BEFORE TO MY OLD ADDRESS AND I CALLED THEM BUT I CAN't CANCEL BC THEY ALREADY SENT IT! AND THAT PERSON CHANGED MY EMAIL AND MY PHONE NUMBER SO I WOULDNT GET ANY INFO ABOUT IT… AND I JUST FOUND OUT. THE HACKER PUT IN THEIR ADDRESS BUT IT WAS WEIRD. IT DOESN't EVEN EXIST…

I took many videos on a recent trip. I moved some of the videos to a USB drive designed for iPhones. Most of the videos won't play now

Most of the videos can't play on my computer nor in my iPhone. The media players in my computer display an error message when I try to play them. Is the issue fixable in any way? Who or what would be able to fix them? I really don't want to lose those videos.

I tried to upload a picture of my USB drive designed for smartphones and computers. It kept failing to upload. So, here is a link to the kind I have. I have a blue one instead. It worked well for me until this last transfer.

Auto brightness is off on my iPhone yet the brightness keeps changing dramatically on its own very regularly!

I just updated my iPhone from iOS 9 to iOS 11.2.1 and ever since the brightness keeps going up and down! Sometimes it'll go super bright then a second later very dull then back up again a few more seconds later and it's driving me insane! I checked and I've definitely not got auto brightness on so how can I fix it cos at times I can barely see my screen. I keep it at the highest brightness possible and when it changes itself it still stays looking like it's at the highest brightness if that makes sense

How do I use my verizon sim card in a sprint iphone?

I ordered a used iphone on amazon and I clearly picked "verizon" as my carrier because I have verizon, but they sent me a sprint iphone instead by accident (I think). I read the invoice and it said verizon, so I assumed it would work anyway. I tried putting my sim card in and it said "invalid sim." I have been looking all over the internet on how to unlock my iphone, but a lot of sources say that it's impossible to use verizon on a sprint phone.

How should I go about this? Should I just return it? Or attempt to unlock it somehow?

IPhone 7 Plus or iPhone 8 Plus?

I'm due for an upgrade for my iPhone 6. I like the Plus models and I think I want to switch to those, I'm just not sure which series. There are slight differences, but none seem to really justify the price jump for me for the 8. But I also don't want to be stuck with a slow phone in a year because I'll be 2 models behind.

I've been so fustrated with trying to get my old iCloud account off my old iPhone

I forgot the password and recovery key to my iCloud account. I've called Apple and sent a receipt for proof of purchase, but they said it's invalid, because the SN doesn't match which doesn't make sense. Is there another way to just erase everything off the phone myself?

I just bought an iPhone X. My previous phone was an iPhone 6 Plus, and the iPhone 4s before that. When I bought the iPhone 6 Plus, I backed up my iPhone 4s (16GB) to my Mac Pro, then connected my iPhone 6 Plus (64GB) and transferred all my info to that phone. Since then I used up all the storage on my 6 Plus without doing another backup, since I thought "I'll just wait until I get a new phone to backup and transfer". I was going to back up to my Mac and transfer all info into my iPhone X, but my Mac just stopped charging. I have about 900 songs and only 250 are purchased off iTunes Store. I know iCloud doesn't backup non purchased music. Also I don't know what else iCloud doesn't backup. So my question is, can I just pay the monthly fee once for the extra iCloud storage, just to backup my iPhone 6 Plus to iCloud now, restore my iPhone X from iCloud backup, and then when I get my Mac fixed, transfer the non purchased music and my photos to the X? I just need EVERYTHING from my iPhone 6 Plus to transfer over to my iPhone X. If you can help, thank you.

Why won't my parents get my a new phone?

Okay, i'm not trying to sound spoiled or anything like that, but I've had this iPhone 4s for about 3 years now. It's cracked so bad at the front top left corner that a chunk of glass is missing from the camera (I can't take front-facing pictures now, and I'm not the one who dropped it. It was a hand-me-down phone from my parents that had previously dropped it.) Its buggy and slow, and it's really hard run decent apps on. I've factory reset it three times now, but it hasn't gotten any faster. Some apps aren't compatible with it. On top of that, my parents won't trust me online with almost anything, nor will they let me buy any apps that cost money. Not even a $1.99 app. I'm frustrated with the phone, and I have enough money of my own to buy a new one, but they won't let me spend it. It's not money saved for college either, that money is in my account. What should I do? Halp!

I need some advice on how to deal with being a victim of online shopping fraud?

Ok so i'm really pissed at what this guy has done. I paid him for an iphone 7 via bank transfersand we agreed he'd post it. As soon as I sent screenshots as proof he blocked me so i can't contact him. I've reported the ad but they seem to be taking time in taking it down. I also reported to action fraud and waiting for a reply though i doubt they'd do much. Well anyway I have come up with a plan but need advice on it.
btw my parents paid for the phone and this happened last night so they still don't know about it. They're gonna kill me so i really need some good news for them.
Anyway, I know this guys name, full address, phone number and email. It'd take me 5hrs driving to get there but I have a uncle close by who can easily pop down. I have all this info. But what should i do? Should i get my uncle to go speak to him? Should he take the police with him? Should i report it to the police and let them take further action?(hate this option btw)

Unless you just being careless with your phone and putting it anywhere and everywhere nine times out of 10 you're phones will not be stolen 9 times out of 10 a person would go for a wallet if they can over a phone if they are wise being that most people have bank cards and cash. Plus you can't track a wallet like you can a phone

Back-up files are opening as 'unix executable' files rather than video files when they're videos?

Less than a month ago, some videos were deleted accidentally on my iPhone 6S.
I have (sort of) managed to restore the video from my back-up files, but they're showing up as 'unix executable' files - even when I try and change the file extension, they will show up as screenshots from videos rather than the videos themselves. Solution?

Iphone 6 not restoring on itunes. Why?

so am restoring my iphone 6 because it got stuck on the apple logo. This happened because i tried to restarting the phone by holding the power button and home button while it was frozen on a app. It never restarted back to the home screen and instead stayed on the apple logo. Now the bigger issue is while it is downloading the software update so it can restore, the iphone goes from the recovery screen to the apple logo. I don't think this is normal because it isn't showing the loading line at the bottom of the apple logo. When the software update is finished downloading on itunes it says error can't download update because of my wifi.

Why is my Facebook logged into multiple devices?

I was just randomly checking my account settings and was looking at devices that are logged onto my Facebook and it shows multiple devices, all from iphone 7plus which is what I have. This might be a stupid question, but wouldn't it just say iphone 7plus once if my phone is the only one logged onto Facebook? On my account settings, it shows 5 other iPhone 7 plus logged into my messenger, one location says it was in San Francisco but I was no where near San Francisco (but I do live about 45 minutes away from SF). Does this mean someone else is using my Facebook? I'm just really confused.

I called AT&T to see if they could unlock my iPhone 6s and they told me they would send me an email with a code. I got the email 2 days later ( today ) however it said that I didn't need a code because the phone seemed to be unlocked already. Iphone 5s power button?

it responds to slightest touch, sometimes the phone spontaneously powers off due to it, if i just barely touch the button it turns the phone on / off. What the hell is this? And how do i solve it? I think I might have been hacked

I have a iPhone 5 and I was on a sketchy website and it redirected my page to a Snapchat add and when trying to exit out of it I clicked a button and it redirect me to Snapchat. Long story short I deleted Snapchat cleared my tabs and turned off and back on my phone. It keeps downloading again by itself. I even disabled AppStore. I think I might have been hacked. I use the blogger app on my iphone… It has been easy so far… That's where I upload pics from.
A few days ago when I tried to upload pics, it gave me the following message: error: response status code was unacceptable: 403.

Hello, I opened a cellphone line for my fiancee and I we have T-Mobile. In 2015 I got her the note 5 and I got myself and iPhone and since then I've upgraded to iPhone X, but she's kept her same phone since 2015 and for some reason she can't receive verizon text messages she's tried everything T-Mobile has told her to do so for 2 1/2 years she hasn't been able to receive the messages. She even payed for the insurance fee and got a new phone but same model I pay our phone bill onetime and i think its ridiculous they have not been able to figure out the problem. What should we do?

And its been several verizon carrier numbers she doesn't receive such as her best friend,boss, therapist, etc. So they don't have blocked

I had just found out about if you click the power button 5 times in a row on an iPhone, it brings up an emergency menu. I had 3 options on it. It has power off, medical ID, and emergency SOS. Now little old me thought that "oh. Emergency SOS means it's gonna start flashing or making noise. So I swiped that one.UGH. It called 911 without warning. Now I'm hoping that the police don't come to my house. But hey, at least it's not just me. Siri does that, too. If you tell Siri a certain number she does that, too. So is the police gonna com to my house now or what?

My 12 year old son has his iPhone since 11th birthday. I see his life is increasingly dependent on the phone. He socials with his friends in Instagram which we're following it; he does research when there's question about homework but he does many fun things with it too. Some of his friends do not have full access to their phone whom he become distant over time. He now has friends who have pretty much full phone access. For the past months, we're increasingly struggled to get him focus on doing his homework. He would watch videos and doing homework at the same time, to the point that for the past few days, he couldn't finish his homework until passed 11PM. In addition to the phone issue, computer is a problem too. School now requires computer to do his homework. But he would have video or game on when doing homework. Lots of times we can't even tell whether he is doing his homework or playing game we're not able to stay over his shoulder all the times. I'm thinking I need to install parental control app in the computer which I know there will be a "huge" standoff in the house when we try to do so. Any suggestion and experience to share?

Why are elderly people so confused with technology most of the time?

My grandma has had an iPhone for years and still doesn't know how to use it… She always asks me to help her with things that are so simple. Same with my granddad and my older aunts and uncles. They seem like they don't know how to use the simplest user friendly technology and when me or someone else who is young fixes it so easily they think were magicians. Why do people rob people instead of getting real jobs?

People take the time of plot and scheme on robbing somebody but can't take the time to fill out a job application. You're a low life if you rob somebody, last week a guy got beat up outside his house and the person robbing him took his phone and money, who does that? That guy who got robbed probably goes to work and worked really hard for that phone or money. I believe you that if you get arrested for robbing, car jacking, or breaking into somebodies house, you deserve the death penalty People have nothing better to do than to steal people's things. I worked so hard for my iPhone and earned every penny of my pay check, so if I get robbed, the person who robbed me deserves to get shot in the head execution style. I don't mind the iPhone 5c plastic back case or cover or whatever the damn thing is called?

I heard that it can support drop and still won't break that's a bonus for me because I like phones that are harder to break. Meaning less spending money to spend it on repairing the phone.

Anyway how good is the battery life of iPhone 5c I heard the battery is bigger then iPhone 5 I'm a heavy user.

So i'll probably stick to try to downgrade to iOS9.3.3 or iOS 10.3.3 and use low power mode?

Why does my iPhone act weird when I turn airplane mode off?

I use airplane mode all the time (To kill dangerous radiation), but when I'm home alone and my parents need to reach me, I shut it off. My phone sometimes starts acting weird when I do that. It's an iPhone 6s, and about 1 year old. Is it the airplane mode, or is it the sudden radiation messing with the technology? (Parts of my body sometimes start randomly hurting too - Adds to the fact that radiation in our daily life is not good at all.

How long is an iPhone battery designed to last?

I checked my cycle count of the battery using ibackupbot and it told me it has 1,020 charge cycles. I only did this because it dies pretty fast (about 3 hours) and I have to recharge it 3-4 times a day. Also, when I restart the phone sometimes the percentage will jump up about 20 percent higher than before the restart and then slowly climb back down.

Dropping your phone damage internals?

Yesterday I got the iPhone X delivered. I personally love this phone and have used it since. Five minutes ago I was sitting at my computer table, and I was typing. My phone was in between my arms on top of a shirt. (Which is slippery)
It slides off, I try and catch it but I could not see which way it was falling.
It fell from my leg height sitting down on a computer chair, onto the face back of the phone. It hurt wood floor but I can't see no damage? The phone is looking perfect! (No scratches either)
I understand I should have a case for a 1000 phone, but I have not got one as I'm waiting for it right now.
Everything is working fine, the display is still True Tone too.
This is the first time I've dropped it, but would there really be damage from that drop? I think it prolly hit edges as it hit the ground, I don't think it hit straight to the back.
I'm worried right now, I got insurance. Do I really have to go and get a new one for another brand new experience?

So, I have an aux cord plugged into my Iphone, which is then plugged into my 3.5mm keyboard. Which works fine on it's own, and with my speakers. But whenever I try to use my bluetooth headset it disconnects until I unplug my microphone. Any help?

Problems with my Insignia sound system?

I have a Vauxhall Insignia (2009). Radio, fine. CD, fine. When I plug my iPhone (7) in it only transmits half the song. I'll either have lyrics and no drums or drums and no lyrics. It's not the aux lead, I've bought 6. It's not the iPhone lead, I've had several different ones. It's not the iPhone, I can listen via headphones and it doesn't have a problem going into my house stereo. I've had a look in my manual and changed a couple of fuses, but nothing seems to be working! My warranty doesn't cover the stereo (typically) and I don't want to tear up the car unless I've got half an idea of what to look for. I helped my father import his calendar from his old Nokia to a new iPhone using google calendar. In doing this, apparently, recurring events became single events that repeat for ever and this annoys him greatly as things he doesn't need to do anymore make a sound every day. Why won't certain albums transfer from iTunes onto my iPhone?

Most albums I can drag onto my phone without issues. But Gorillaz D-sides disk 1 ((disk 2 works fine)) and Best of Björk Wong work. How to recover iTunes songs from old computer?

Hello, I have been searching around forums and haven't found a problem with my case. I manually added all my songs to my iPhone from my old computer on iTunes. I sold the computer and wiped it clean. With my new computer, I clicked the manually add option again, and forgot to read the fine print. Now, my entire library on my iPhone is gone, is there any way to recover the songs I had from my old computer? I tried restore to no avail. Thank you in advance!

My phone is haunted?

I have an iPhone 6s, and have had two occasions where really weird things have happened to me.
1) I'm in a group chat with about ten friends, I changed the group chat icon to me and my friend from the group chat and it stayed on for like two minutes, I came back onto WhatsApp and it said that I had changed it again to an old picture of me and another friend in that group chat, but then I looked in my camera roll and WhatsApp chats and that picture is no where to be found on my phone…

2) On a different group chat, I had left my phone in my room and went into the kitchen and I came back and apparently I had typed "Hi" but there's no way that that was me. I was alone at home there was no one playing with my phone.

I understand that this could be hacking but its spooky because: my phone was in the car of a car accident I was involved in where the driver had passed away in the car (sounds silly but its spooky) Also I had used the "ghost radar" app many times in the past to contact spirits. I was very skeptical about this all until I started asking questions and was getting responses on an app that does not even have microphone access…

IPhone 6s battery not connecting properly?

I was attempting to replace the battery on my iPhone 6s yesterday. The biggest break was june 2007 with the iPhone and its unique interface and tech. After as all companies do is compete. Today we have a wide range of cell phones similar to the iPhone and were accustomed to it. With that being said. Is it not very possible that we could have created the iPhone/smartphone 10 years sooner 1997. If you take a step back from 2017 to 2010 we had for instance iPhone 4s/5 it had a retina display still quit a impressive gadget that's only 13 years from 1997 so could we have done better was it theoretically possible for our mind to handle at the time (in your opinon ofcourse)?
*LASTLY - beyond the possibility of the smartphone being created 1997 vs 2007 had it been created in 1997 would it have to been done by steve jobs from Apple?

2010s we're seeing breakthroughs in tech so when?

I'm no expert but I know things like the invention of iPhone, APPS, AI, CGI have changed so much we're using smartphones to do so many things that wasn't possible in the early 2000s or before. However all of our devices are projected on a screen its a physical object. How far are we from leaving platic and screens to virtual/hologram immersive experience? Its hard for anyone 2 say but with the current tech and the progress weve made since the beginning of 2000, could this be 1decade,2,3,5 or 8,10+ ? We all love entertainment whether its games,movies,music but todays standard iPhone x with the best audio outpout you can use to give it an effect still doesn't cut the idea of a truly digital device that can change and replicate in you hand and give you the feel of being for instance in a virtual place experiencing your media. So yea any thoughts, please?

I don't know what's wrong with my iPhone 5?

I recently got my iPhone 5 fixed as I accidentally dropped it and smashed the screen. It has been working completely fine until just now when a dark purple colour wiped across the screen and turned the whole phone off before restarting itself. It just happened again as I'm typing this.

Any advice?
Added (1). It keeps on happening now whenever I try to use the phone. Also, the battery is constantly jumping up and down.
